We all start our gym work out full of good intentions and motivation but even the most committed enthusiasts will sometimes come up against a lack of motivation or a stall in their fitness objectives and targets. Not to worry, Fitzone is here to get you back on track!
Book yourself in for a fitness assessment with our qualified instructors (free for direct debit members). We'll take you through your programme which was created personally for you based on your circumstances. We'll advise on the equipment that will work best, the length of time you should be spending on each piece of equipment, and update your objectives and personal goals. We can also advise on diet and provide nutrition advice as required to help you on your way.
Motivation sessions are dedicated gym sessions where you are taken through your workout with a personal instructor to provide encouragement, advice and assistance. The instructor will remain with you for the entire hour until you have completed your workout and cool down. The quality of a personal trainer - without the cost!
