By Car from Kendal: Follow A590 signposted Barrow and turn left onto the A5087 coastal road shortly before passing through Ulverston town centre (signposted leisure centre) for approximately 1 mile.

By Car from Barrow: Follow A590 signposted Kendal and turn right onto the A5087 coastal road shortly after passing through Ulverston town centre for approximately 1 mile.

By Rail: The centre is situated less than 1 mile away from Ulverston Railway Station. On leaving the car park walk up the hill and cross onto Conishead Rd, walk down the hill until the end of the road and turn right past The Devonshire Arms. Keep going and turn right at the next T-junction, you are now on Priory Road and will find the facilities after approximately ¼ of a mile.

By Bus: Services are operated by Stagecoach and run regularly from Barrow (6, 6a & x6) and Kendal (x35). On routes 6, 6a and x6 you can see the facilities from the stop at the bottom of Oakwood Drive.
