My Tri Club

My Tri Club

My Tri Club organises Triathlons around the local area, many of which start at lakes leisure Kendal. kendal triathlon

Kendal Sprint Triathlon is a very popular event which sees competitors tackle a 500m pool swim, a 18km bike ride and a 5km run - the event is suitable for both beginners and experienced triathletes! Brand new for 2012 is My Tri Club's 'Kendal Kids Aquathon'. The new junior event is being organised as part of our 30th birthday year at lakes leisure Kendal and we are excited to hold the first event of its kind here through My Tri Club. On 22nd April the very first aquathlon took place and was a fantastic success. Click here to read the event report.

In 2011 the Kendal Sprint Triathlon saw an exciting encounter between lakes leisure Kendal staff and lakes leisure Ulverston staff! After a very hard battle and some great performances from both teams, the 'My Tri Club' mugs went to Kendal! Who will win the challenge in 2012?...
