Nemos (Confidence Building

Nemos is a brand new addition to the lakes leisure Kendal swim school programme and its aim is to offer another chance to prepare for the National Plan lessons for those that just need that little bit more time and confidence. This is also ideal for those thinking of joining the swim school at the National Plan stage, as it gives an introduction to the way we teach and structure our lessons.
