The Community Sports Team at lakes leisure Kendal has a wide range of experience in sports delivery and we would love to discuss the sports and activities we can offer to your venue. As a charitable sport and leisure trust we can guarantee that our rates are affordable and represent value for money, some activities may even be able to be funded through our various sports/charity contacts and funding applications.
Activities we have delivered in 2011 include:
- Funsports / Funsports on Tour
- Aerobics classes
- Mini circuits
- Music and movement sessions
- Multi skills/sports sessions
- Netball/football leading to club pathways
- Kwik cricket, cricket, hockey and tri golf
- Zumba
- Boxercise and Kickboxercise
- Gymnastics key steps and Street Cheer
