lakes leisure Kendal offers a fantastic 25m swimming pool and 12.5m learner pool which host a whole variety of activities from general public swimming to junior swimming lessons, adult swimming lessons, aquacise and also our brand new Splash Dash inflatable!

Our fully qualified lifeguards supervise both pools at all times and our water quality is maintained by ultra violet light cleaning technology offering arguably the cleanest swim in the area.

Whatever your age or swimming ability we would love you to get involved with swimming at the centre and feel the benefits of this fantastic sport and fitness activity. Alongside our extensive swimming lesson programme we offer sessions such as lane swimming, adults only, ladies only and nifty fifty+ swimming to ensure an enjoyable and peaceful swim.

Outside our own activities and sessions we are proud to host successful local clubs including Kendal Amateur Swimming Club, Kendal Water Polo Club and Kendal Sub Aqua Club.
