All activities...a bit of advice and a few tips!

Consider that you will be outside, possibly for a long time, in what can be the very changeable Lake District weather. In cooler weather pack a spare fleece or two and a woolly hat and gloves. In warmer weather don’t forget the sunscreen – you can burn even on overcast days out on the water.

Bring food and drink to cope with being outdoors and active. You’ll need plenty of energy, plenty of water and, on cooler days, a flask of something hot.
