Young Lifeguard
Level 1
The first level of these awards covers important aspects of personal safety, how to assist with and perform simple rescues and basic life support.
For this course children must be 7 years + and it is recommended that they have a minimum safety colour of Orange and a distance award of 200m.
Level 2
The more advanced level of award progresses to more in depth life support, rescue techniques and casualty management.
Level 1 must be passed before attending level 2.
