FitZone Gym

Here at lakes leisure kendal we have an excellent 'FitZone' gym facility boasting the latest award winning Cybex equipment in a spacious, fully air-conditioned environment. Our gym is ideal for you to maintain your regular exercise routine or with the help of our instructors, design a brand new programme tailored to your individual needs.

Newly extended...

FitZone has been extended and now has 40+ exercise stations and a full range of free weights. We provide full one to one inductions to every new member we welcome, this enables our instructors to learn your goals and objectives and create the perfect programme with well structured targets. We also provide fitness tests to give you a full report on your fitness levels and an insight into the levels you could aspire to.

If you fancy exercising in a relaxed, social atmosphere why not come along to one of our many fitness classes...our classes are suitable for all abilities and range from a relaxing workout with yoga and pilates to an energetic burst with our circuits class.

So what are you waiting for?...FitZone is suitable for everyone, whatever their level of fitness; our variety of payment options means you can opt for an annual package, a monthly pass or pay as you go!

FitZone is recognised by IFI (Inclusive Fitness Initiative site) to support our specialist adapted equipment suitable for disabled users. Gym staff are fully trained to accommodate IFI users and we have disabled changing and shower facilities also.

Visitors to the gym (non members)

If you are wanting to use Fitzone gym as a 'Visitor' you must bring proof of membership at another gym.
