lakes leisure Kendal is home to a fantastic arts facility, providing a 900 seat venue to host the best acts from the local area and across the UK. Past comics include Jimmy Carr, Frankie Boyle, Roy 'Chubby' Brown, Peter Kay; Al Murray 'The Pub Landlord', Lenny Henry, Ruby Wax and Jasper Carrot! We have also welcomed great music acts such as the Three Degrees and X-Factor superstars Eton Road, Same Difference and Chico!.... PLUS performances by the Royal Shakespeare Company and English Touring Opera.
We are proud to host events in the local community and often support local school
shows here as well as wider regional performances such as the Westmorland Orchestra.

Disabled Facilities
The centre is very user friendly and has disabled parking bays and wide door access. We also have a hearing loop in the main hall for those with hearing difficulties. Please contact us for more details of these facilties for your theatre show or event. 01539 729777
