Successful Mystery Visit Report - May 2010
On Sunday 23rd June lakes leisure Kendal had a very successful mystery visit, which resulted in all categories being rated 5 out of 5!
Throughout the year the centre has 5 mystery visits to check on the standard of service, the facilities, the staff and much more. Each mystery visit is entirely unannounced which means that the visitor will experience a true reflection of the day to day service at lakes leisure Kendal and be able to report back their findings.
Reception service and lifeguards were specifically analysed on this occasion. Reception positive points were friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Staff generally could not be faulted. The Centre offers a great range of activities and shows.
